Where to log in to Big Picture Loans
Borrowers manage their loan through My Account on the lender’s site. Use the “My Account” link on bigpictureloans.com, which opens the customer login at my.bigpictureloans.com. Always type the address yourself or use the official link to avoid look-alike sites.
Before you head to the lender: comparing one or two other offers takes a few minutes and can save hundreds. Check my options first.
You can also use the Big Picture Loans app for iPhone and Android. The app is for account management: current and past customers can check balances, due dates and payment history, make additional payments, and apply for a new loan when eligible.

Common account changes and what the lender allows
- Change your bank account: yes, by calling 1-800-584-4880.
- Change your payment schedule: not after you accept the agreement. If you’re struggling, call the hardship line to ask about options.
- Increase your loan amount: not after you accept the agreement. You can apply for a new loan once this one is repaid.
- Cancel an application: call by 5:00 p.m. CST on the day you applied. Funded loans have a rescission period described in your agreement.
- Bankruptcy: contact the lender with your loan number and the name or case number used in your filing.

Using the Big Picture Loans app
The Big Picture Loans app is published by Big Picture Loans, LLC on the App Store and on Google Play. Current and previous customers can check balances, due dates and payment history, make additional payments and, when eligible, apply for a new loan. You’ll need an active loan or past-customer login to sign in. Check the developer name before installing so you don’t download a copycat app.
Keep your Big Picture Loans account secure
- Sign in only through the official website or official app.
- Never share your login or one-time codes, even with someone claiming to be the lender.
- Expect customer service to verify your identity before discussing your account. The lender says this protects you.
- Use a unique password you don’t use for your bank.
- If you spot a payment you didn’t make, call the lender and your bank the same day.
Reapplying for Big Picture Loans from My Account
After your loan is repaid, you can log in with the same email and apply again. The lender notes that only one loan can be open at a time, that your approved amount may change if your circumstances have, and that its loans are meant for short-term needs.
